This presentation will go beyond basic sales skills to a discussion of psychology and behavioral economics, providing participants with specific and actionable changes to make to achieve better sales.
Gary Smith is the lead faculty in charge of the Small Business Management Program at Lane Community College. He has over 30 years of successful small business management combined with roles in Fortune 100 companies, Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, and a high level of technical knowledge that results in proven high performance for clients and employers.
