City of Eugene Business Loans: Info at the Library

Thursday, January 24, 2019

Small business owners: learn about loans offered by the City of Eugene.

The City of Eugene offers four loan products to assist Eugene businesses with projects such as start-up working capital, the purchase of machinery and equipment, new construction or renovation, and assistance to artists, art organizations, or for the incorporation of artistic elements into a business. Learn more about these opportunities with Aaron Doreen, Business Loan Analyst for City of Eugene.

Since the mid 1980s, the City of Eugene has helped promote economic prosperity and job creation by offering “gap financing” to Eugene businesses that do not meet traditional financing guidelines or are unable to obtain sufficient funds from their financial institution to complete a project.

Aaron Doreen began his career as a traditional corporate lender in early 2001. He worked for Wells Fargo, GMAC, and Chase before joining the City of Eugene.

This event presented in partnership by Eugene Public Library and SCORE: Counselors to America's Small Business.
