Agendas and meeting materials are available prior to meetings from our website using the link below.  You may also view or purchase the agenda and meeting materials at the Planning and Development Department offices, 1st floor reception desk, located in the Atrium Building at 99 West 10th Avenue.

Planning Commission Broadcasts

Planning commission meetings are broadcast televised and online as follows:

    

Televised: Comcast Cable Channel 21 at the following times:

  • Sundays at 9 a.m.
  • Mondays at 11:30 a.m. and
  • Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m.
