Health Plan and FSA/TRA Accounts 

Enroll online using the City of Eugene Employee Connection Portal   
You can access the secure ceConnect site from home or work (or wherever you roam) 24 hours a day. Please note the browser will time out after 20 minutes.

If prompted to log-in, use your City of Eugene credentials
  • Your COE email address (your name@ci.eugene.or.us)
  • Your COE network password (the one you use to log-in to your COE computer or Employee Self Service)
  • Fire Department personnel please note: City of Eugene employees using a City of Springfield computer may experience problems logging in. If this happens, try capitalizing the first letter of your email address or using a different type of computer to login (home computer, tablet, phone, etc.)
  • After four incorrect log-in attempts your account will be disabled for one hour.

For the security of your information, be sure to Log Off and Close your Browser Window when you have finished enrollment.

Note: This site works best with Internet Explorer. If you use another browser and receive a site untrusted message, you can safely allow the browser to proceed to the City's secure site. Mobile Devices: The most recent versions of Apple and Android operating systems are supported.
