- Can I reserve parking at EUG?

There is currently no reservation system for parking at Eugene Airport
- Is there a shuttle available?

Unfortunately, we do not have shuttle service available, Please use the pedestrian crosswalk and the covered walkway to reach the terminal.
- Are there any free parking areas at EUG?
-
Yes! We have a Cell Phone Lot located on Old Airport Rd. Just watch for the sign as you approach the approach the airport.
You can park here for free and wait for your passenger to let you know that they have arrived and are at the curbside pick up area outside of the terminal.
*Please note - parking at the curbside area in front of the terminal is not allowed.
This area is for passenger loading and unloading only. If your passenger is not curbside when you arrive, please continue to the exit and circle back around. - I'm having trouble at the kiosk, who can help me?

Help is only seconds away! You can speak to a live attendant by pressing the Help button on the kiosk touchscreen.
- How long can I wait at the curb to pick up my passenger?

The Terminal's front curb is for passenger loading and unloading only and parking is not allowed. If your passenger is not curbside when you arrive, please continue to the exit and circle back around.
EUG does provide a 15 minute grace period in our parking lots, as well as a Cell Phone lot located on Airport Road.

- How do I receive the discounted rate for ADA/Wounded Warrior parking?

Upon exit, press the HELP button on the kiosk screen and inform the attendant that you have an ADA or Wounded Warrior placard. They will assist you in activating the discounted rate.
ADA spaces will be charged the Economy Lot rate of $10 per day (midnight to midnight).
Wounded Warriors will receive the first 14 days at no charge, following days will be charged at the Economy Lot rate of $10 per day (midnight to midnight) - How do I choose which lot to use?

Parking cost is often the determining factor for choosing which lot to park in. All lots are available, regardless of length of stay, but daily rates differ.

Any person who needs to park in any of the parking lots for more than 30 days must get prior approval from EUG Parking. Without prior approval, a vehicle may be subject to citation and towing at the owner's expense.
- What if I'm towing a trailer?

If you are towing a trailer, contact the airport for assistance entering, as damage may occur. Please call 541-632-2131 during business hours or call Operations at 541-954-6584 after hours.
- Where do I park an oversized vehicle?

If your vehicle does not fit within the standard park stall markings, please use the Long Term large vehicle section.
- Will I be able to see in the parking lot at night?

All of our parking lots are very well lit!
- Is there any kind of roadside assistance available?

- Where can I park my bicycle?

We have a bicycle rack located in front of the terminal . You can also use one of our bike lockers free of charge. Bike lockers must be coordinated in advance via email with EUG Parking.
- I lost my ticket, what do I do?

Just press the HELP button on the kiosk touchscreen to speak to a live attendant who can help you.
