Food Trucks in Downtown Eugene


There are many locations to set up a food truck in downtown Eugene. This page focuses on food trucks on public property within the Downtown Activity Zone (DAZ), which includes Kesey Square and the Park Blocks. 


Summer 2023 Update: 

We are at capacity for food trucks on public spaces downtown. If you would like to set up your food truck on private property, please contact the private property owner directly. Please check back here for program updates.

Renewal Fee$25
Rent June - Sept$100 or 6% of sales, whichever is greater
Rent Oct - May$50 or 6% of sales, whichever is greater
Monthly Electricity Fee $7.50
Late Payment Fee$25 each 30 day period

*All fees are non-refundable.

Approved food cart operators are required to complete a monthly fee report and submit rent payments to the City of Eugene no later than the 10th of the month following the month for which rent is due (i.e. May rent is due by the 10th of June).
