2017 Downtown Results

Slide from presentation featuring people dancing in Kesey Square

Beginning in the spring of 2017, the City of Eugene worked with a number of community partners on specific strategies to make Downtown Eugene’s public spaces more safe, welcoming and vibrant. The efforts were monitored and evaluated over the summer. Data was collected through a variety of means, including interviews with downtown partners, a community survey and mapping activities in our public spaces. The results were presented to the City Council at their November 27th work session.
