Dusk to Dawn is a program operated by St. Vincent de Paul that provides individuals experiencing homelessness with a place to safely sleep and keep their belongings at night. The program was approved by the City Council in November 2015 in response to the need for additional emergency shelter for people who are unhoused, particularly in the winter months.
Operates between 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Highway 99 - serves 192 people
Lane County Behavioral Health Safe Parking Program (winter only) - 10 vehicles
The Annex Building in South Eugene (for families with children) - 19 families
