Wi-Fi and Mobile Printing

Wi-Fi access

  • Free, unsecured wireless Internet access at all Library locations.

Mobile printing

  • Anyone can print a document from their device (computer, smartphone, etc.) from anywhere to a Library printer. No library card required.
  • Upload the document to your preferred pick-up location: DowntownBethel | Sheldon
  • Optional: download the free app from PrinterOn.

Print an email or email attachment 


1. Go to your email message, select forward, and type one of the email addresses below in the “To” field. Choose the email address at the location where you want to print:

Bethel
Sheldon Branch

Click Send. You will receive an email confirmation.
3. At the Library, go to a Print Release Station computer and follow the on-screen instructions. (Downtown color printer is on the 2nd floor.)

Print a document 


1. Send an email to one of the addresses above and attach your document(s) to it.
2. At the Library, go to a Print Release Station computer and follow the on-screen instructions. (Downtown color printer is on the 2nd floor.)

Print a boarding pass or pay stub


1. For any website that requires a log in, you need to download and save the item to your computer or device as a PDF or other file type that can be uploaded. You cannot just copy and paste the URL of the web page.
2. Once the document has been saved to your computer or device, either send it as an email attachment or print it using the instructions above.

Using a phone? Try the PrinterOn app


1. Download the PrinterOn app from Google Play or the Apple app store.
2. Tap Search or Location to find Eugene Public Library locations.
3. Select the desired location and printer (b/w or color).
4.

Tap the icon for what you want to upload: document, photo, or website. Select what you are uploading.
5. Tap Print or the Printer icon.
6. You will see a print preview. Tap Print.
7.

Enter your email address then tap OK and/or the check mark.
8. At the Library, go to a Print Release Station computer and follow the on-screen instructions. (Downtown color printer is on the 2nd floor.)
