Josh Lutje - Rec Assistant & Youth Mentor
An Oregon native, Josh has done it all in recreation. From River guiding and Archery coaching to Teaching First aid and CPR Josh brings his experience to Our Teen Leadership Programs here at Amazon. Josh started with us almost eight years ago as a summer camp counselor and has worked in some capacity at every Community Center in Eugene since. Email Josh 
Jill Sager - Rec Office Coordinator
By day Jill loves being office coordinator for ACC, but when the glasses come off she’s a percussionist and writer. Jill is proud author of the instructional Book and DVD “Beginning Hand Drumming: A Guide to Recreation and Wellness” which has received rave reviews from drummers like Dave Getz (Janis Joplin, BBHC) and Kalani (Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow.) Originally from the Bronx, Jill married an Oregonian who loves taking her on adventures around his beautiful state. Email Jill
Gina Tafoya - Senior Programmer & Site Manager
Horses and chickens and goats oh my! When not at work, you can usually find Gina out standing in her field working with her horse or building an addition to the chicken coop with baling twine and duct tape. During the rainy months she cuddles up to her canvases and paints in her attic studio. Email Gina

Chelsea Wolff - Preschool Teacher

“Miss Chelsea” graduated from the U of O with honors and a degree in Sociology and a minor in Early Childhood Education. Chelsea focuses on experiential learning through art, science, and nature and specializes in creative movement and child development. Originally from Hilo Hawaii, Ms. Chelsea now enjoys Oregon and its changing seasons.

Leah Klein - Preschool Teacher

Leah’s college degree focused on children’s literature and research pertaining to how children learn to read. She brings this passion and extensive knowledge of child and language development along with skills in theatrical story-telling and a crafty expertise to her classroom. When she’s not in preschool, Leah enjoys exploring Oregon’s beautiful landscapes or curling up with a good book.
