The City’s Health & Fitness Program is responsible for thousands of dollars in savings annually in reduced employee health care costs, lower absenteeism, and speedier return to work after on-the-job injuries. Services include health education and training, coronary risk assessment, personalized exercise programs, nutritional analysis, CPR/First Aid/AED classes and more.

On-Site Flu Clinics

City of Eugene is offering free flu vaccinations for all City of Eugene regular benefited employees and their family members on their health plan age 18 and over. This year due to COVID-19 there will be fewer nurses providing vaccines as well as physical distancing – please anticipate potential wait time. In accordance with CDC guidance, please be sure to wear a mask.

IMPORTANT! Print and sign the Flu Consent Form and bring it with you to your immunization visit. (Do not fill in the insurance information, it is not needed if you attend a City of Eugene Flu Clinic)
