The City of Eugene’s building inventory includes everything from open air picnic shelters to highly complex buildings such as the Hult Center for Performing Arts.

Program Purpose

Acknowledging that a building has impacts throughout its lifespan, the program includes elements that address design and construction, operation and maintenance and finally, disposal of a building or equipment.
