Brittany is a transplanted Michigander to Eugene. She earned her bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation in 2013 from Grand Valley State University and shortly after became a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Brittany started at the Hilyard Center in 2016 as a temp staff coordinating Quest camp and leading a variety of classes. Then, in the fall of 2017 she started in her current role as a Programmer. Her favorite thing about her job is seeing participants achieve their own personal recreation goals, experience the many benefits of recreation and getting people of all ages outside to play! Brittany is always up for a new recreation endeavor; right now, she's getting pretty good at paddleboarding, chasing waterfalls and biking. Email Brittany Opens a New Window.
