Participate in Sunday Streets

Sunday Streets welcomes businesses, community groups, food carts, and nonprofits to join us at this annual summer event that celebrates our community. The events offer an opportunity to reach thousands of area residents of all ages and from all demographics. Meet people face-to-face in one of our busy Activity Centers or along the route by participating in one of many ways.

In order to keep Sunday Streets interactive, all participants must provide entertainment or an activity which engages participants in fitness or promotes healthy living and exercise (food carts and exempt from this requirement). Interactions should be the primary focus, not incidental, and vendor sales are discouraged.

Booths

All booths must offer an interactive - preferably, physically active - activity (food carts are exempt from this requirement).

Food Carts

Sunday Streets needs food vendors at Activity Centers, apply today! Do you have a food cart or business? Active, human-powered, businesses encouraged to apply.

Group Classes

Sunday Streets provides a great opportunity to showcase your new class. We are always looking to partner with you to offer a free class or activity to our participants during the event. Depending on the level of involvement, you could be featured in the program or in our advertising!

Performers

Sunday Streets programs live music stages and route attractions. Do you juggle, facepaint, play music, or have a creative experience you want to share with Sunday Streets attendees? Fill-out the participation form or contact us with ideas!

Neighbors

Sunday Streets aprovides residents along the route with a wonderful opportunity to engage with the event. Residents are encouraged to organize yard sales, concerts, lemonade stands, and other creative activities to interact with other neighbors and event participants. Want to set up a game table with chess or invite people to play hop scotch, jump rope, or basketball in front of your house? Go for it!

Area Businesses

Area Businesses are encouraged to actively engage participants. Contact us about setting up a booth, activating the space outside your business, or other participation ideas. Consider offering a Sunday Streets sale or special or becoming an event sponsor (with mentions on marketing materials).

Innovative Partnerships

In-kind donations of food items or services could receive free or prorated registration. What do you think your business could offer Sunday Streets? Contact us with ideas!
