Eugene Municipal Court is located at:

The court is open Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays and designated court closure dates) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday through Friday you may contact the court at (541) 682-5400 between 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
The court observes legal holidays throughout the calendar year. During the year 2023, the Eugene Municipal Court will be closed on the following dates:
- January 2, 2023 - In observance of New Year's Day
- January 16, 2023- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- February 20, 2023 - Presidents Day
- March 1, 2023 - Staff Training Day
- May 29, 2023 - Memorial Day
- June 19, 2023 - In observance of Juneteenth
- July 4, 2023 - Independence Day
- September 4, 2023 - Labor Day
- October 11, 2023 - Staff Training Day
- November 10, 2023 - Veterans Day
- November 23, 2023 - Thanksgiving
- November 24, 2023 - Day after Thanksgiving
- December 25, 2023 - In observance of Christmas Day
