Facility Condition Report
Assessment of the City of Eugene’s General Fund building inventory is used to determine what needs to be done to retain the value of this public asset. The 2010 Facility Condition Report provides a measurable indicator of facility condition tracked over time. The data in the report is used to prioritize building reinvestment for capital budget projects, and also provides a benchmark to evaluate the effectiveness of the City’s preservation investments.
