About Mandated Inspections

In accordance with exempt jurisdiction standards set by Oregon Administrative Rule 837-039-0040, hospitals, nursing homes, licensed day cares, mental hospitals, jails, prisons and reformatories are inspected annually. Licensed boarding facilities/residential schools and group homes are inspected annually. Surgical centers and licensed sheltered workshops are inspected every three years.
