Financial Reports


The Financial Reporting Office is responsible for the maintenance of the City’s general ledger systems, as well as the reporting of City accounting activity. The reporting function includes interim management reports, annual published financial statements, and special reporting required of the City as a recipient of federal and state financial assistance.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

The City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) provides financial, economic, demographic, and statistical information. The ACFR enables taxpayers to assess proper use of public funds and is used extensively by bond rating agencies and bondholders to assess the financial health of the City.

Urban Renewal Agency Annual Financial Report

The City’s Urban Renewal Agency (URA) was established on July 10, 1967. Oregon Revised Statutes require that the URA issue a separate annual financial report.

Regional Sewer Fund Annual Financial Statement

The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) contracts with the City of Eugene to operate the regional wastewater treatment facility. The City’s contract with MWMC requires that the Regional Sewer Utility Fund issue a separate annual financial statement.
