All meetings and programs must be free and open to the public. Meeting rooms are not available for events where money is raised. The exchange of money for goods or services by renter is prohibited.
Rooms may be rented no more than once a month by the same person/group. All rooms are scheduled on a first come, first served basis with priority scheduling going to the Library, Library-affiliated groups and other City of Eugene departments.
To check on meeting room availability or for additional information, call Library Administration at 541-682-5454 (Monday.- Friday., 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) or email us. Application is due two weeks prior to the event date. Deposit must be submitted with application.
The Downtown Library offers two free study rooms for individuals or groups of up to 6 people.
Rooms may be reserved for up to two hours a day per group.
Rooms can be booked up to one day in advance.
Rooms are limited to non-commercial use only.
One room has a typewriter.
