WORK IN PROGRESS:
 For the week of August 2:             

CITY OF EUGENE

E. 15th Avenue (Fairmount Blvd. to Agate St.): 
Saw cutting and pipe work will cause some slight delays.  Watch for flaggers.

E. 17th Avenue (Fairmount Blvd. to Agate St.):  Saw cutting and pipe work will cause some slight delays.  Watch for flaggers.

W. 12th Avenue (Garfield St. to Hayes St.):  Excavation for construction of new sewer mains and services.  Watch for lane closures, lane shifts, construction equipment and workers in the roadway.

W. 19th Avenue (Chambers St. to Fillmore St.):  Contractor will begin constructing sidewalk ramps and repairing curb and gutter.  Work may result in parking lane closures with trucks and flaggers in the roadway. 

W. 22nd Avenue (Chambers St. to Fillmore St.):  Contractor will begin constructing sidewalk ramps.  Work may result in parking lane closures with trucks and flaggers in the roadway. 

W. 39th Avenue & Brae Burn Drive:   Work nears completion this week with general site cleanup.  No delays or traffic changes expected. 

E. 40th Avenue (Hilyard St. to Donald St.): 
Work nears completion this week with general site cleanup.  No delays or traffic changes expected.

Andersen Lane (Hatton Ave. to Horn Ln.):  Closed between Garth Lane and Harvey Lane.

Briana Lane (Andersen Ln. to Manzana St.):  Possible day time road closure to through traffic for underground pipe construction.

Donald Street (E. 32nd Ave. to E. 40th Ave.):  Donald Street, between Willamette and E. 33rd Avenue, will be closed to all north bound traffic.   From E. 33rd Avenue to E. 40th Avenue, excavation continues for sidewalk ADA ramp replacements.   Pearl Street at Donald Street will be closed all week.   Detours are in place to the Tamerac Center.

Elizabeth Street (at Royal Ave.):   Contractor will begin mobilizing equipment and placing construction signs.  Watch for equipment and workers in the road. 

Fillmore Street (W. 19th Ave. to W. 24th Ave.):  Contractor will begin constructing sidewalk ramps and repairing curb and gutter.  Work may result in parking lane closures with trucks and flaggers in the roadway.

High Street (at railroad crossing near Fifth Avenue):   Scheduled to be closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, as a crew from Union Pacific Railroad makes repairs to the crossing.

Knoop Avenue (at Echo Hollow Rd.):  Contractor will begin mobilizing equipment and placing construction signs.  Watch for equipment and workers in the road. 

Valley River Way:  Nightly lane closures will be in place 10:00pm to 8:00am while the contractor stripes the road.  During the day, all lanes will be open.

Spencer Butte Summit Trail (at S. Willamette St.):   The project is now substantially complete and further regular closures are not anticipated.


LANE TRANSIT DISTRICT WEST EUGENE EmX PROJECT:

All businesses remain accessible during construction.

W. 6th Avenue (Charnelton St. to Almaden St.; Lawrence St. to Blair Blvd.): 
One lane is restricted between Charnelton and Almaden streets.  Two lanes will be restricted at night, 7:00pm to 6:00am between Lawrence Street and Blair Boulevard.

W. 7th Avenue (Almaden St. to Washington St.):  One lane is restricted on the south side of West 7th Avenue between Almaden and Washington streets.  Two lanes are restricted at night, 7:00pm to 6:00am.

W. 11th Avenue (Bertelsen Rd. to Commerce St.):  One westbound lane will be closed weekdays from 4:00am through 2:00pm for utility work.

Garfield Street (W. 6th Ave. to W.  7th Ave.):  One lane will be restricted at night, 7:00pm to 6:00am, for utility work.

Jefferson Street (at W. 7th Ave.):   Closed on the south side of West 7th Avenue at night, 7:00pm to 6:00am.  A detour will guide motorists to travel southbound using alternate streets.

Madison Street (at W. 6th Ave. and W. 7th Ave.):  Closed on both sides of West 6th Avenue.  Madison Street may be closed on the south side of West 7th Avenue.  Businesses and property are accessible via nearby cross streets.

Monroe Street (at W. 7th Ave.):  Street may be closed on south side of W. 7th Avenue.  Businesses and property south of West 7th will be accessible via nearby cross streets.

Washington Street (at W. 7th Ave.):  Restricted to two lanes at night, 7:00pm to 6:00am.  One lane will be restricted during the day.

I-105 Off-Ramp (at W. 6th Ave.):  Off-ramp from I-105 to W. 6th Avenue will be restricted to one lane during day and night time hours.
