The Human Resources Division provides City departments with information, advice, consultation and support on human resource issues which assists them in creating a flexible and responsive workforce that, in turn, delivers effective and efficient services to the community.  Human Resources staff works to enhance the organizational values of customer service, equitable treatment, collaborative teamwork, employee and organizational creativity and productivity, and effective communication.
