    "An email was sent commending Officers for their professional demeanor when responding to a disorderly subject call at a local hospital.  The reporting party stated that he 'was incredibly impressed with their skills' and grateful for their response'."

    Fight Property Crime!

    Join with EPD in making the City of Eugene inhospitable to property criminals.  Eugene Police Property Crime Initiative puts a focus on data-led policing. This will affect everything from 9-1-1 dispatching to police calls for service, investigations, and crime prevention.

    Concerned about speeding in your neighborhood?

    Did you know that the Eugene Police Department operates a program that allows neighbors to help educate the public about speeding?  Citizens who participate in training on the use of Radar Guns are authorized to check out Eugene Police speed detection equipment for use on their street.  For further information contact Monroe Street Station Manager Lupe Thompson at 682.8188.
