Community Development Block Grant and HOME Program Information

CDBG

The City of Eugene receives approximately $1.5 million in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) money annually that can be used to benefit low- and moderate-income persons; eliminate conditions of slums and blight; or meet an urgent need. 

HOME

The City of Eugene receives approximately $1 million in federal Home Investment Partnerships grant funds.
