The Community Development Division is committed to making Eugene a better place to live and work. The division works towards the achievement of this general goal through an array of programs focused on more specific goals, including:

Managing federal Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) activities
Downtown planning and improvement
Affordable rental housing and home ownership
Economic stability through living-wage job creation
