Cultural Services, a division of the City of Eugene's Library, Recreation & Cultural Services Department (LRCS) serves the broadest community through programs and services that "enrich the cultural life of the region." Included in the mix of arts and culture offerings are the Hult Center for the Performing Arts, the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Alton Baker Park, Summer Concerts Series, Hult Presents, City of Eugene Public Art Program, the Jacobs Gallery, and Community Arts Grants.  Hult Presents Outreach with Martha Graham Dance Company

Hult Presents offers national & international performing arts events that might not be available to the Eugene community otherwise. Performers are selected for their cultural diversity, uniqueness, performance quality and for the creative educational experiences they can provide to the community in addition to performances. Important goals guiding Hult Presents also include accessibility, audience development and community partnerships.
