The proposed Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission regional wastewater SDC modifications, among which are changes as to project valuation, adjustments for financing costs, credit calculations, user capacity requirements and inclusion of a SDC compliance cost charge, will be processed according to Eugene Code.  A public hearing was held on November 16, 2009 and Council Action is scheduled on November 23, 2009.  Proposed modifications are available to view at Eugene city Hall (777 Pearl Street) and the Public Works Engineering lobby (99 E Broadway, Suite 400).  They are also available to view via link at top right.

If adopted the new MWMC regional wastewater SDC methodology and rates will be applied to all applicable building permits submitted on/after January 1, 2010.
