Services of the Public Works Administration Division include:

• Stormwater information and education program
• Preparing and monitoring the department's annual operating and capital budgets
• Administering rate setting for local wastewater fees and stormwater service charges
• Producing the department's annual work plan and annual report
• Coordinating department training
• Supporting the Executive Manager
