Chambers Reconsidered In September 2004, the City of Eugene Planning Division initiated a series of neighborhood discussions about the effects of new development on neighborhood character. The Chambers Reconsidered project resulted in specially crafted design standards applied to new residential and commercial buildings in the study area located in the vicinity of West 11th and Chambers Streets.   Chambers Visual Preferences Design Survey A design preferences survey for the Chambers study area, intended to scope public perception of compatibility issues and priorities for the study area, was conducted. The survey results can be found with the documents in the left column.
