Assessments

 

On June 22, 2009, the Eugene City Council voted to form the local improvement district (LID) and proceed with the project construction.   City staff will proceed to execute contracts with Babb Construction Company (also known as Delta Construction Co.).

 

If you wish to make a donation to be used to reduce the assessable cost of the project that will be paid by the property owners, please use the "Crest Drive Assessment Donation Form" under the the "Crest Assessment Information" heading to the right.

 

Construction Update

 

Work on Crest Drive from Lincoln St. west to Storey Blvd. is wrapped up for this year's construction season.  Delta and its subcontractors will have a break in the work over the winter, but utility companies are expected to continue working in the area adjusting their facilities in anticipation of next year's work.  At this time Delta is tentatively scheduled to continue their work in early April 2010. (See map below)

 

A weekly update on the anticipated construction will be provided on this website.  Please keep in mind that the schedule of work may be affected by weather or other scheduling conflicts, so the work may be shifted ahead or behind as needed.
