Parking Validation Coupons
Many downtown merchants will validate your parking with ParkEugene. The validation coupons can be used at the Overpark and Parcade parking garages. For information on which merchants offer validation coupons please contact www.downtowneugene.com.

Downtown Employees
The City of Eugene’s Parking Services program strives to simplify your parking options by offering 3 types of permits for downtown employees.

• A Monthly or Quarterly Permit enables the permit holder to park seven days a week in a designated location.
• A Rideshare Permit is available for 2 people that ride together four out of five days a week. Rideshare members must sign a contract with the City to receive the monthly discount. Your employer will be contacted to verify work hours.
• A Carpool Permit is available for a group of 3 or more people who ride together four out of five days a week. Carpool members must sign a contract with the City to receive the monthly discount. Your employer will be contacted to verify work hours.
