The City of Eugene's Transportation Planning Team works with community stakeholders and agency partners to develop and implement short and long-range plans, design projects and identify and obtain funding to build projects that lead to a complete transportation system. Transportation Planning programs include:
- Developing and participating in refinement plans and special studies
- Managing the city's bicycle and pedestrian program
- Promoting transportation options programs and special events
- Managing the city's traffic calming program
- Coordinating planning studies locally and regionally
