LCOG Has New Web Site with Central Lane MPO Info
The Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) has created a new web site to provide information about the planning and development of the metropolitan transportation system. As the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPOfor the Central Lane County metropolitan area, LCOG is responsible for preparation of the regional transportation plan.
The new web site, www.thempo.org, includes an interactive project map, an interactive calendar, news, links, and many additional information resources related to regional and metropolitan transportation planning.
ODOT Continues Work on Willamette River Bridge Design
ODOT is continuing its process to design and construct a bridge to replace the existing Interstate 5 bridge over the Willamette River between Eugene and Springfield. For the most current information about the bridge design process, go to www.willamettebridge.org/.
