Instructions: click on the "Take Control" button to take control.  If the grey square above it turns tan, you've got control.  The timer next to the button starts counting down from 1 minute.  Move the camera by clicking in any quadrant in the tan square.  The left-hand vertical bar is the Telephoto/Wide angle control.  Click on the top half of the bar to zoom in, and on the bottom half to zoom back out.  The right-hand vertical bar is to manually focus the camera if the auto-focus is not working.

If when you click on the "Take Control" button the timer starts to count down but the square above it does not turn tan, it means someone else has control of the camera and you are in the queue.  When the timer hits zero the square should turn tan and you have control.  There is no need to click the "Take Control" button again.

There are also preset positions you can zoom to using the Preset button at the top of the control box.
