Our region’s proximity to such a vast array of recreational opportunities yields it a power of place that not many other regions can boast.  To take full advantage of this power, we also must offer the infrastructure necessary for business development.  How do we strengthen the coordination between infrastructure, planning, land use, and economic development goals that allow businesses and workers to focus on the inherent beauty and power of our region as much as the basic needs of business?

Jack Roberts, Executive Director of Lane Metro Partnership and former Oregon Commissioner of Labor and Industries and Lane County Commissioner, will moderate this session.
