City Senior Program holds a Thanksgiving Meal

and Aquatics’ “Turkey Burn” Helps You Burn Off the Calories

The city’s Senior Program will hold a Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings for adults 55 years and older at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26. The cost of the meal is $5 and attendees are asked to pre-register by calling 682-5318.

On Nov. 28, the day after Thanksgiving, the City’s Aquatics Program will offer a special “Turkey Burn” deep water fitness class from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. to help you burn off those thanksgiving calories! The class will be offered at both Sheldon Pool and Fitness Center, 2443 Willakenzie Rd., and at Echo Hollow Pool and Fitness Center, 1655 Echo Hollow Rd. The cost of the class is $4.
