Fun For All offers dozens of free recreational programs, events and fun for children and youth ages 7 and up (under 7 years if accompanied by someone at least 15 years old).

The program is held weekdays, beginning at 10 a.m., in eight locations and two days a week in two other locations, through August 28. Ending times vary by site. At seven of the sites, the program includes a free lunch every day, provided by Food for Lane County, the other sites offer a small snack.

Each summer, Fun For All draws some 18,000 participants numbered serves more than 16,000 free lunches.

This year, the Fun For All theme: Hitch Your Wagon to the Time Dragon celebrates Oregon’s 150^th birthday with high energy games popular at different times over the past 150 years. The programs also include the Roving Story Teller and crafts with the University of Oregon Roving Artist.

- Trainsong Park*, Edison St., off Bethel Dr.

- Churchill Youth Sports Park*, Bailey Hill Rd., next to Churchill High School.

The program is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at these sites:

- Washington Park* and Wading Pool, 2025 Washington St.

- University Park and Wading Pool, E.24th Ave. and University St.

- Monroe Park and Wading Pool*, 8th Ave. and Monroe

- State Street Park* and Wading Pool, Dakota and Burnett Streets

The program is open form 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days, at these sites:

- Mon. and Tues. only: Cal Young Youth Sports Park, Gilham Rd & Crescent Ave.

- Thurs. and Fri. only: Arrowhead Park on Arrowhead off Irvington Dr.
