Dinner and a Show Was Never Like This!

Experience the sounds and tastes of Bazil on Thursday, Oct. 2, when Hult Presents Marsalis Brasilianos, featuring Grammy award-winner Branford Marsalis, and Red Agave Restaurant offers: “Experience São Paulo without leaving Eugene.”  Marsalis and members of the Philarmonia Brasileira (Gil Jardim, Conductor) present a celebration of the music of Heitor Villa-Lobos. This fascinating new project commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the revered Brazilian composer's death.The Red Agave meal will feature sumptuous Brazilian dishes in harmony with the music of Marsalis Brasilianos. Tickets for the show are from $25-$55, with discounts for students and youth.

The restaurant and performing arts center will team up again For Hult Presents Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE, A Dance Company, on Sunday, October 26. The New York Times has called Brown, “One of the most profound choreographers of his generation”. That evening, Red Agave will offer one of its famous Longtables, a family-style supper featuring guest chefs from around the region. Tickets for the dance program are $18-$36, with discounts for students and youth.
