City of Eugene’s Cultural Services, The Eugene Film Society and Ninkasi Brewing Company present, with support from LCC Media Arts, Red Wagon Creamery and Killer Burger, All Hallows' Eugene: a downtown Halloween event. 

Here’s your schedule for ALL HALLOWS’ EUGENE! 

Before Halloween 

Eugene Film Society - Screenwriting workshop: "Writing Effective Short Horror Screenplays"

In anticipation of the Eugene Film Society's 72 Hour Horror Film Competition, award-winning screenwriter Albert Crim will evaluate submissions from previous EFS competitions and discuss practical approaches to writing effective short horror screenplays. Workshop price includes lunch. Workshop attendees who subsequently enter the EFS Horror Film Competition will have their entry fee waived.

Pumpkin Carving
October 26-30, 4-7 pm
Red Wagon Creamery
$5 per person
Come carve a pre-hollowed out pumpkin using provided tools and stencils. Receive a mini scoop of ice cream to snack on while carving. On October 31 the best pumpkins will be announced in two age divisions: 10 years old and under and over 10 years at 4:30 pm in the Hult Center Lobby. Prizes for winners!

All Hallows' Eugene Pet Parade

Outside Hult Center, 7th Street Side
Donation of $5 per pet to enter parade. Proceeds benefit rescued dogs from Luvable Dog Rescue and Northwest Dog Project
EUGfun for the whole family! Bring your furry, feathery, scaly and fuzzy friends downtown and parade in Halloween style. Prizes for contest winners: Best Pet-Person Combo and Best Costume! Winners announced at Hult Center at end of parade.
