Land Use Planning
The City of Eugene’s Land Use Planning section provides the following services:
- Processes land use and development applications
- Implements and updates the land use code
- Answers inquiries at the Permit and Information Center
- Coordinates with other agencies, neighborhood groups and professionals regarding development proposals
- Prepares and presents recommendations of land use matters to the Hearings Official, Planning Commission and City Council
