Information Services Division
The Information Services Division (ISD) builds and maintains the City of Eugene’s technologies to meet the evolving needs of the community. The scope of operations includes:

• 51 City facilities throughout the community connected by a high-speed fiber optic network
• Free public WiFi at many City facilities and the downtown park blocks
• More than 200 business software systems
• 110 servers
• 1,241 personal computers
• 533 laptops
• More than 100 mobile computers in Police, Fire, EMS and building inspector vehicles
• 1,760 telephones
• 349 printers
• More than $1.8 million in revenues from the City website per year
• More than 2 million visits to the City website per year
