Downtown Library Parking

• Park free at the Library's front entrance for 10 minutes or less.
• Downtown street parking is free for 2 hours.
• Downtown parking lots and garages and daily parking rates.

Downtown Library Parking Garage
The parking garage is beneath the Library.  Enter on Charnelton Street between 10th and 11th streets.  When parking in this garage, remember:

During metered hours (weekdays before 6 pm), the charge for parking is $1.00 per hour with a 3 hour maximum time limit. Parking is free on weekends and every day after 6 pm

The garage is locked 15 minutes after the Library closes. When the Library hosts events past regular closing time, the garage will close 15 minutes after the end of the event.

Disability Parking
In the Downtown Library’s parking garage, and in any public City of Eugene parking spot where the sign or meter allows parking longer than 30 minutes: 

• Vehicles with a program disability permit may park free for up to three hours.
• Vehicles with a renewable, temporary, or family disability permit may park free with no time limit. 

 
Bethel and Sheldon Branch Parking
Parking lots at the Bethel and Sheldon Library Branches are free.

Bus Service
Lane Transit District (LTD) bus stops are located near all Library locations. Call 541-687-5555 for more information.
