Downtown Zoning Review Project.  

Based on recent direction from the City Council, City staff are taking a close look at the zones and regulations for downtown development.  The Downtown Zoning Review Project will focus on realigning development codes to help realize the priorities outlined in the Downtown Vision and to better achieve the goals and policies adopted in the Downtown Plan.
