This beautiful creek in the cascade foothills offers spring flowers, tranquil pools and roaring waterfalls. You can choose from a number of different stopping points from 1.5 miles up to 5.5 miles.

Walk to the memorial for Oregon’s track legend Steve Prefontaine. Along the way enjoy the shady neighborhoods near Hayward Field and learn about Eugene’s track history and the part Pre played. Two miles round trip with some hills, approximately one hour. All walks leave from The Starting Block booth in the Olympic Trials Festival Area. Open to the public.
