After displaying the Neighborhood Maps page, use the Tools and the scroll arrows at the edges of the map to change the view.

To display a neighborhood map, on the City Home page, in the City
Quick Links section, click Neighborhood
Maps:

a neighborhood in the neighborhood list:

Click the pictures of the adjacent tools to view more details in this topic below, or simply scroll through the topic. The red outline indicates which tool is selected. In the picture of the tools, Zoom In is selected. In that case, there's no need to click the Zoom In icon to use it with the map. |

Zoom In
After you click Zoom In on the toolbar (if necessary), do one of the following:
Click the center of the area on the map where you want to look closer.
Drag to create a rectangle around the area you want to zoom to, as with the map of the River Road Community Organization neighborhood below.

For the example above, after you click or drag, the map redisplays and looks similar to this:

Zoom in by clicking the map several times, or by dragging. If you create a small rectangle with your dragging motion, the photo displays with less steps.
Once the photo displays, repeat the zoom actions to make areas of the picture even bigger.
The picture below shows the eastern edge of the Friendly Area Neighbors neighborhood, with Civic Stadium on the left.


Zoom Out
After you click Zoom Out, click, or drag, an area of the map.

Pan

Zoom to Full Extent
When you click Zoom to Full Extent, the new view occurs automatically.
In the picture below, the selected River Road Community Organization neighborhood displays in a color different than the other map area.

Scroll arrows
Click an arrow at the map's edge to shift the map view in that direction.
