An
organizing folder which stores documents and other site items related
to your search. Clicking the symbol displays a new list of items. When
your search words are included in the folder name, the folder may be a
good source for items you are looking for.
This
symbol may represent a document in a directory. In that case, clicking
the link displays a document in a separate browser window.

Folder
The meaning of some folder names are probably
more obvious than others. Among the folders pictured below include those
relating to the Planning and Development Department (PDD), Human Resources
and Risk Services (HRRS), City Manager's Office (CMO), and Parks and Open
Space (POS).
Click a folder to view the search results. The program may display additional folders within a higher level folder, organizing the found items into smaller groups.
