Michael Allen Eastman, 1/2/85, no residential address, was arrested and lodged at the Lane County Jail on charges of Rape I, Kidnap 1. Eastman was spotted at 11:45 last night by Eugene Police in the area of Sorrel Ponds in some blackberry bushes, and was captured with the assistance of a K-9 unit.
