Community members are invited to help care for the Owen Rose Garden every Thursday throughout the year from noon to 3 p.m. Both rose experts and people who just want to learn about caring for roses are welcome to volunteer. Hands on instruction will be provided. Volunteers meet at the Rose Garden maintenance shop (just west of the parking lot). There is no need to preregister but please bring gloves and small hand weeding tools. Afternoon tea and a snack provided.
