On July 27, City Council approved a ten-year property tax exemption for Granite Properties LLC under the Multi-Unit Property Tax Exemption (MUPTE) Program. Olive Lofts is a proposed 5-story, 36-unit housing with ground floor commercial space at 844 Olive Street. The property is currently vacant and was formerly Rogue Public House (restaurant and brewery).
