Amy Peterson - Programmer & Facility Manger

Amy has worked in recreation since she was 17. Today, she manages Echo Hollow Pool, and her favorite part is getting to work with the lifeguards. Ken Kenly - Program Assistant

Ken grew up playing sports, so it was a natural progression to work with recreation and pass on the lessons he learned and keep learning. As a Recreation Program Assistant for Aquatics, he loves the opportunity to teach and train instructors and lifeguards as well as the smiles on the children as they learn to swim. Emily has been involved in aquatics for eight years and she has loved every second of it! After three years at the Pendleton Aquatic Center Emily began her adventure with the City of Eugene Aquatics program after moving to Eugene to earn her degree in geology from the University of Oregon. You can find Emily at Amazon Pool as their Aquatics Coordinator in the summer or bouncing between the Echo Hollow and Sheldon Pools during the school year. Don’t be shy; come say hi! Email Emily
